Went here for winterlicious. For the view.and it was amazing!!! Food is above average,but not the greatest. But service Is a bit slow and not as friendly.
The view and the food was awesome, it was worth the price. Staff was the best. Be patient a table opened up at 9pm for us. We even got to visit the glass floor after dinner.
Great view, okay drinks. My new husband and I went to the CN tower on our honeymoon and stopped by the Horizons restaurant to get a few drinks and enjoy the view. The drinks were fine, but nothing spectacular considering the price.
Beautiful views from the restaurant, tasty food and drinks!
Food was good and not too expensive, service was very very slow
