Be aware as employees of this company do not take care in their work. Damaged my vehicle and won't admit to it. Won't do anything without having an eye witness or video, even though they parked carelessly close. Also damaged our property and haven't repaired it. Maybe there is no video or witness. Lol
This company really needs to talk to their workers about being more respectful to others, especially when they're driving company vehicles in public, representing the company. One of their employees driving their company truck license plate SS6277 parked next to my car while I was inside and opened the driver's side door into my side mirror. I can understand accidental mistakes that come with an apology, but in this case, the employee made eye contact with me through the window, smirked and then walked away without a word. Obviously, this man is a low quality human being to purposely take pleasure in damaging another person's car without feeling guilty. However, Horizon Contracting Group owner, if you read this, please consider how this employee did this wearing YOUR uniform in YOUR company vehicle. If your company has any morals at all, then you will take responsibility in following up with this disrespectful and reprehensible behaviour.
Horizon removed three beech trees from our yard this past spring that I was tired of trimming back from the house every year they can grow to 100ft across. They were fast, professional, courteous, and left our yard completely clean when finished. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs an arborist to care for their yard. In fact, my neighbour also hired them and did a fantastic job in their yard as well. 5 stars!
Workers of this company are running skid steer with a steel bucket full throttle and reverse beeper full speed at 3:19 am right under the windows of a huge multifamily residential building. Wow just wow!!!!! And this is on the night with no snowfall and the already clean parking lot of the twin rinks in Longley. The guy is just moving snow around from one stockpile to the other and scraping everything he drops from the pavement!!!!! Our walls are shaking and kids got scared. Noise bylaw rings any bells????????? Is this so super urgent that it has to be done at 3 am??? I get that the guy running the skid steer was instructed and is doing his job but the management of the company should educate workers to look for things like this and should consider operating near residential buildings during the day especially when using steel buckets or snow plow with no rubber blade attached to a super loud machine
I haven’t used their business, but there’s this one truck that tends to not my first time seeing this sit idly parked with ignition on, on Columbia street by the park I always walk by. The fumes that this car continues to emit are very irritating. I walk around the park for at least 20 minutes, and there it stays, with ignition on, person sitting inside, scrolling their phone. It’s not environmentally friendly, and it’s not considerate of the people who live in this neighbourhood. I find this highly unprofessional. If you need to sit there and wait because of your job, please turn your ignition off.
