The food is good. I’ve personally not had a bad experience when I eat here. My problem with them is I deliver for them and have to turn down countless orders for this place cause their customers don’t think they should tip. Somebody can only get offered $2 10 mile jobs so many times before I start getting annoyed with them. it’s funny cause the last thing youd want sitting around is some fish. What do you think that order is doing when you don’t tip? Sitting around cause ain’t no dasher gonna do a $2 job. Tip better if you want your food faster.
Decent food, but the staff may not like my kind! They always seem to be bothered and terse with my people. No smiles, or pleasant demeanors although we are the only ones really purchasing that grease soaked food. They, themselves do not eat the mess they are putting the Black community! They seem to think the people they serve are beneath them! Think about that!!!!!!!!
Excellent customer service, the manager was friendly and caring. Clean environment, they went above and beyond to make sure I got the best food and service. The food is fantastic!

Do not call for pick up. Your food WON'T be ready. You still gone have to wait. I paid $16 for a 6 inch sandwich W/O a drink. Then i got a slushy he asked if i wanted it mixed which i did just not how he mixed it. Smh. I wont order from here again.
Great. Real food for real people. Skip the Popeyes across the street and support a local business with better food and much better hot sauce.
Their gyro with fries were delicious. Definitely coming back again!
This Hooks and the one on Dale is NOT the same! I ordered a shrimp poboy combo and it came with only 6 shrimp which only covered one half of the sandwich, some fries and a can soda. You dont have the option of getting just the sandwich. It basically tasted like an onion sandwich! The one on Dale has the option of getting the combo or just the sandwich. You'd get a fountain drink and fries and each sandwich has 10 shrimp. You have to figure out how to close it to eat it! I WILL NOT be returning to this one, but will continue to visit the one on Dale.
One of my favorite places to get Sambusa.. don't forget to try the lemonade
Food is fresh and they take your order right away. Very responsive. Plus the food tastes great.
