The only Thai restaurant in Grande Prairie worth going to. Great customer service, amazing curries, fresh ingredients and can be made to suit any spice level. Only wish their takeout sizes were a bit larger!
Excellent food. I have heard that service can be slow but I showed up at opening and it was fast. Looks like it's family run like most good Thai restaurants. Prices are about right or maybe a hair high. Authentic and will rival the best in most local's. Had Red Curry Thai Hot, yum
Absolutely the best Thai in Grande Prairie. Everything is great on this menu. If you can handle a bit more spicy request “Thai Hot” not for the faint of heart. Service is great and the owner is authentic and genuine. Great family run restaurant.
This is one the be best Thai restaurant's I have ever been. I live in St. Albert and I make sure anytime I am in Grande Prairie I stop by. There food is fantastic, they are quick but you would never know by the taste. There service is amazing and you really feel important when you come in. The conversation is amazing and the owner knew be by name after my first time. I strongly recommend this place.
I am not from Grand Prairie, but this is by far one of the secrets of this City. I ordered the green curry chicken dish and I was not disappointed. The sauce is light and buttery, and I like my food fairly spicy and the medium spice was exactly what I wanted. Not the cheapest place I have eaten, but the quality was solid and the atmosphere was appropriate. You can even order a Chiang Mai if you want.
There's not a lot of competition in the Grande Prairie Thai restaurant market, but this place is not slacking off. The menu has enough choices and the quality of the food is very good. Most importantly, the food is tasty. It is family run with a cute preschooler daughter of the waitress wandering around and adding some charm to the place.
My boyfriend and I went to have dinner at this restaurant yesterday night. We asked for a special dish Lab and they made it for us. I was sooooo delicious. Their Tom Yum soup is also the best I have ever tried! The server, a kind lady, was always checking on us and making sure that we did not need anything else. I think that their emplacement, decor are ambiance are not good and that they would have much more success if they were downtown in a more fashionable restaurant. We are definitely going back for the very good food that tasted like it was just out of a Thai mama kitchen.
Definitely the best Thai food in GP. Highly recommend trying a few of their curries, especially the yellow. Always friendly when I call, and never been left waiting more than 45 mins after ordering through skipthedishes usually 35-40.
