Always great experience with the staff and my Doctor, if the phones are busy then I just use the email service with no issues. It is a longer wait for in person right now but I am sure that is only because of covid protocols between patients dont allow for as many patients in a day.
Terrible! Been seeing a nurse practitioner due to the fact that I can never get through on the phone line. They either use not having front desk staff as an excuse or don't hire the right amount of people to cover shifts!nnOn top of that they were going a long time still not seeing patients in person meanwhile nurses are doing in person, dentists are - no excuse for this! Taking advantage of the fact that it's hard to find another doctor.
So disappointed with this clinic... we had hoped this would be a great new beginning for foxtrap / cbs with new doctors and clinic. Not so much. The service I have received there was great... on the rare occasion you can actually get an appointment or talking to someone. My Parents literally call for days trying to get talking to anyone without luck.nnI fully understand & support covid restrictions. I get it. But to waste hours / days no joke calling without talking to anyone is ridiculous. People have medical conditions to be addressed, that aren’t just covid related or emergency. Yesterday we were told it was closed due to weather... plus six degrees & rain... today it’s something else. Frustrating on my parents behalf. I can only hope it gets better.
Always have had a good experience with the Doctors and staff. Kind and professional, they make you and your family feel at ease.
Great staff and Dr.Loveys is the best
