Ladies are personable; had many laughs and were knowledgeable about Products! The masseuse gave me a pedicure and did excellent job massaging my feet and legs! What a perfect treat for one's self. So glad discounts coupons in local advertisement magazine and discount referrals. Nice bundle deals too. Atmosphere happy place to be! Great job ladies.

My maid of honor and I scheduled a bachelorette party at the spa for 12 friends/family and I. She spoke to a receptionist that put us on the schedule and said that the manager would be contacting her about pricing. The manager never called with any prices so she called again to verify that we were on the schedule. Again, she was told that we were and everything was all set. Today, she called the verify that everything was all set for our appointment tomorrow and the manager proceeded to tell her that there must have been a communication error and that we never had an appointment. She was told that in order to have an appointment on the schedule that a deposit was required. This was never discussed in any of the previous phone calls both with the receptionist and the manager. I called to speak to the manager and she proceeded to give me the same story that their must have been a miscommunication and she never knew anything about the appointment. My wedding is in two weeks and I am unable to reschedule this party. The only remediation that the manager could give me was that she was sorry.
