I was previously at another Honda in Laval and they’ve treated me very badly. I transferred my file to Honda Saint Rose and it was the best thing I ever did. No matter what my needs are they are always met. They are compassionate, caring, and Empathetic. I recommend this dealership to anybody. Honda has always been my favorite vehicle, but this dealership made me love it even more! I really appreciate the team especially the Director Benoit Cousineau! Thank you so much for all the support!

I have been looking to change my car for a short while. I have been to 6 dealership, Toyota 2 different dealership, Honda 2 dealership including the one I'm at for the present lease, Mazda near my home. Each place offered miserable customer service. I was about to give, but found and add on fn for Honda Ste-Rose. Sent a message to book for a test drive. We got to go the same day. We were met by Aziz, lease renewal manager. WOW!!! He was attentive, asked questions took us on the test drive and I was sold on the car. What had been a long and painful experience with other dealership, Aziz made the process painless, enjoyable and professional. I highly recommend this dealership! We met Michael whom is Aziz manager. We met Leo who work in the finance department. All were giving an above expectation service. We got a car. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great vehicle and a memorable customer experience. This dealership is now on the same street as all the other dealerships, but it was worth going a little farther and be serviced with professionalism and a smile. Honda Ste-Rose you are the best!!
I appreciated the service offered at Honda St. Rose.nI have transferred my file over to their service centre.nThe staff in the service department are extremely polite and take the time to explain.nI was addressed in English , which is unheard of in Quebec which for me makes a huge difference of where I spend my money.
André Fayad really found us a great deal and helped us through the whole process. Truly grateful for him we need more employees like that!!
