IF I WOULD BE ABLE TO REVIEW THIS DEALERSHIP AS A NEGATIVE 10/10 I WOULD. 

I WENT IN TO DEALERSHIP, SAW A BRAND NEW CAR AND DECIDED TO BUY IT FOR MY GIRLFRIEND. 
ONCE DECIDE, WE PUT  A DEPOSIT ON THE CAR, AND THE MANAGER SENT ME A BILL STATING THE CAR HAD 2000KMS! THE CAR WASNT BRAND NEW LOL!!! 
NOT ONLY THAT I WAS PAYING 2500$ OVER STICKER, 
CAME THE DAY OF DELIVERY, THEY CALLED AND CANCELLED THE TRANSACTION AND WAS LEFT WITH NO CAR FOR MY GIRLFRIEND THE DAY OF HER BIRTHDAY!!! 

SO PEOPLE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, WHO ONLY THINK OF THEMSELVES,

I had a great customer service experience at Honda Ste-Rose with my Honda Fit. I found they went beyond the level of service you would normally expect from a car dealership parts service.
