Went in to get my batter replaced. Got exactly what I asked for, no more no less. No pushy sales tactics, no tricks. No "oh no your engine fell out so we have to replace it".

Look, it's pretty simple, THERE IS NO SERVICE!!! If you are going to buy from them, shop for price, not service. Stay away from the body shop because they do not know what they are doing. And btw, Honda Canada will not help if you have a problem because the dealers are privately owned.
Bought my first car from them CRV 2016 been 5 months going good so far, rest .
