Amazing staff. Great breakfast. Felt safe.nnGreat comfy room we had the full one bedroom. A bit small but quite cozy.nnThe only thing was the parking lot is small and shared by another major hotel and it's tight.
5/5 Stars - Amazing stay, wonderful staff, and great perks! Nice and clean place! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. They also serve a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to start your day right. Plus, the free airport shuttle runs as many times as you want during your stay, making transit completely stress-free. Highly recommend!
We stayed here for one night. We liked the room—it was spacious and clean. The décor is a bit dated, but it was fine for us. The kitchen would be great if we were staying for a longer time. The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was good, especially after being out of the country for a few weeks—the Canadian breakfast felt very welcoming. The hotel lobby was undergoing renovations, but we saw that there is a pool and washer and dryer available. It would be great for someone staying longer.
The location is close to the airport but it was still quiet. My flight landed pretty early and the front desk staff were kind enough to let me check in ahead of schedule which was a lifesaver.nnThey also offer a free shuttle service from the hotel right to the airport which made my departure very convenient. The breakfast was standard hotel buffet, nothing fancy but definitely gets the job done and nice to have available.
We stayed overnight on July 17. Was woken up Saturday at 6:50 am by a hammer drill being used somewhere in the building. The construction noise did not stop all morning and was still going on when we checked out. There was no need for that work to start so early. Other than that the rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet.
