Absolutely huge shop with two floors. I was only there for the massive Halloween display that had just dropped in store - it definitely met my expectations. Fantastic amount of stock and came away with some really lovely items. Queue was slow but the cashier that served me was really friendly and helpful. Even wrapped my items in bubble wrap to prevent breakages. Was impressed.
Absolutely awful the staff in the Homesense level upstairs were terrible unhelpful couldn't understand English and there was one female in particular who has to be the scruffiest sales assistant I've ever heard before seeing yes that's right she dragged her feet across the floor that much I had to double check she wasn't a character out of The Walking dead on seeing her I still wasn't sure? The lady on the till was very nice and friendly and I have to say the two young ladies who bought my furniture to the car were fantastic and that three ppl alone I'd give them all a 5 star rating. The shelves weren't full as usual this store has gone downhill rapidly Homesense you need to think about who you Employed all the staff upstairs looked like they'd sooner be anywhere else than working for you. And sort your staffs appearance out !
