“I recently purchased an item and the price sticker was nearly impossible to remove. It left residue and damaged the visual appeal of the item. As a customer, I believe more care should be taken to ensure easy removal without damaging the product.”
Selection is great but stock level can be an issue. We often go to the store when they open first thing in the morning to overcome this. Recently bought a tall faux plant, Kate Spade sheets, rug runner, and some framed pictures. All great purchases for the household.
Great location, lots of unique items and great for home essentials. The store is extremely well kept and it's no suprise as the staff stay busy keeping the store tidy and helping customers. :
Asian cashier was rude and unhelpful. Told us the return date would be 30 days instead of 10 with a loyalty card and when we asked to sign up for one, she looked around and gestured that there weren’t any - as if we should’ve known that. Why bother mentioning it then?
One of my favourite stores and homesene locations- they always have so much in stock.
