Winners is a great place if you’re looking for clothes, accessories, kids’ items, home décor, bedding, or even gifts. They also carry a nice selection of pet products—grooming items, toys, and more. One of the best things is that pets are allowed in the store, which is a big plus! The prices are very reasonable, and you can always find something useful or unique.
Closest you can get to a “shopping centre” in this part of the city. They lock all the skin care products behind glass now. The button to call an associate doesn’t work.
Fabulous finds? Check the photo then! Lenin shirt made in Italy. Lenin pants made in Canada. EXTREMELY well priced! Service? Absolutely spot on. Love this place specially after opting up their security policies.
What's the point of having customer service if you won't help people at customer service do returns? Been waiting in the customer service line for 10 minutes before I was told to wait in the regular line.. then it was the same woman who sent me away who was the one who helped me anyways
I just experienced being bullied and spoken to harshly by the person who was assigned to the fitting room. I returned some clothes to her, and she said that I should put all the clothes back on the hangers before I return them, so I said, oh ok, sure, I will do it. She also stated that she was busy and had no time to put them back and fix it, so as a customer, I should do her job. I did it for her. Additionally, she stated that all Filipino people always leave items not on the hanger for return, unlike Canadians who do return items on the hanger. She even pointed to a person who was just about to return something. I thought it was okay, but I felt humiliated by this person. As a buyer and customer, I don’t feel comfortable coming back to this place. I had an item I was about to purchase, but I was a bit upset after she did that, so I left the item on the shelf and walked out. I felt upset. I have been living in Canada for many years and have never encountered such a person who tells me to do their job. Hopefully, the management talk to them about better ways to treat customers.
