Beware these people at all cost!!! specially Mandy Wu and her boss. They are so irresponsible people. they did not meet any of the timelines set in purchase agreement. they did not show up for last visit of the house. In MLS listing they put photos which were taken of the house 10 years earlier !! and I have complained against these people to OREA and am planning to take it to court. Beware these people at all cost. Selling or buying a house is very tricky and "OFTEN" costs or earns u a lot of money, time, and headache. Be very careful in choosing an agent

Beware of Richard. He is extremely unprofessional. He ended up taking other people's offer while I have got a bank draft ready for him.

1. They tried to sell me a condo which can not be financed by any banks (builder under litigation). If hey didn't know about it - it means they are bad real estate agents. If they knew it - it's even worse. Anyway, I wasted two full days just by bringing my deposit cheque and filling all the paperwork and negotiating the buying. 2. Refused to return my deposit "because it was not registered by someone somewhere". 3. I spent almost two weeks in communications with agents and "office managers". It was impossible to reach someone higher to resolve the issue. At one point I thought to seek legal help and involve a police. 4. Finally received my deposit back and still hope the cheque won't be bounced (yes, it was not a certified one). Overall I've got a bitter aftertaste. Try to stay away from this poorly managed office.

Extremely unprofessional. I would give 0 star if it's an option. They just want to rip money from you and be done with it, no concerns of your well being and satisfaction at all. They sold me a house, but they don't even know where the water hose is so I don't know which switch to turn off for the winter. On the inspection date, there were 10+ keys left on the counter by the previous owner, but on the closing date, there were only 2. They did not tell me what they did with the rest of my keys, and 2 months later, I realize that I don't even have the key to one of my door in the house.
