I recommend this Agency especialy for expats who do not know Prague. I rented online a room from Marcela and everything went great.

If you like being treated like a sub human, this is the agency for you! Seriously, the way they treat their tenants is absolutely disgusting. STAY AWAY!

We rented an apartment, which was arranged by Michaela Home Sweet Home and are absolutely satisfied. The apartment is great, the contact was straightforward and we always got a quick answer with questions. In addition, we have even offered a larger apartment in the same house, for the same price - although we have already agreed to the smaller one. Unfortunately, as foreign students, we were not able to visit the apartment ourselves, so fortunately our expectations were completely fulfilled. We would therefore recommend Michaela Csizmárová at any time!

Promises an available flat before a fixed date. Finally, it was not possible to have the flat in time. Write a lease contract with a high number of outlaw conditions regarding to the Czech Civil code. As I refuse to sign it in this state, the lease was finally cancelled and they refuse to refund me back. Claimed that they are not responsible of the lease contract even if it's written by them and were payed for writing it. I highly DON'T recommend this amateurish real estate agency which is not aware of the Czech Civil code.

I was using Home Sweet Home real estate agency last year in July / August 2018 and found a cosy, comfortable and beautiful apartment in Vinohrady. The whole experience with one of the customer representatives was excellent. He was professional, efficient and reliable. I was satisfied with the services provided.

BEWARE: This business makes money from charging renters a "COMMISSION" of one-month of rent or more. They charge the RENTER, not the owner of the flat, as in every other market outside CZ. The CZECH have not figured out they do the owner a disservice by doing so, because I agree to all the owner wants from me and not to paying the listing agent a full month for a "fee" or "commission". The owner lost out on a great tenant me because I don't agree to the extreme and misappropriated fees. They serve themselves, NOT THE CUSTOMER renter. Proceed at your own disappointing, risk. I'm also in the Ratings and Review business so please notice all the 5 Star ratings are from Czech names and likely those who work at Home Sweet Home, because they have zero likes! More fraud.

Contract provided for deposits, but no follow through to ensure landlord returns. Landlord has stopped responding to us, home sweet home won't hold them accountable. Would have expected the fee to include this since they are writing these contracts etc.
