Customer Service Was Outstanding! My fiance and I went into Home Outfitters today to complete our registry for our upcoming wedding. We had our 1 and a half year old with us (who is always a handful and VERY busy). I would just like to say that the staff was amazing. Lesley helped us with setting up the registry, walked us through the store, gave us pointers, and visited us a few times to make sure that we were doing okay. Another staff member also visited us a few times. The whole experience was just so pleasant and we would highly recommend this location! Thank you!

Their prices are very expensive unless you wait for special sales. I've had nothing but poor experiences with staff, from not knowing anything about the products to just being unhelpful in general.

Absolutely horrid customer service. Went in and asked an employee where duvet covers were located in the store. Was told "their scattered everywhere" and then just dismissed like garbage. Started walking around the store by myself looking while this employee went over and worked on "training" with another employee. Was so angry, asked to speak with the Manager and surprise surprise it was the one who told me "their scattered everywhere". Bad Managers promote bad employees. Absolutely horrendous customer service from management, and this is the second time. Went to winners next door and bought one

Went to buy a iron. The one chosen had only display model. Clerk said it would be a few weeks to order one and would not sell display model. Came home and ordered on Amazon with 2 day delivery. 20 dollars cheaper free delivery. Go figure why box stores closing.
