I love this Place Just Moved to Merritt The staff is amazingly helpful in helping restoring my home. I bought a door recently and it was the wrong size and it was a special order ! They took it back and exchanged it no questions asked ! Im so happy THANK YOU

Passed on to 4 different people, then hung up on. Then when I called back a very rude Jim was short,curt and inconsiderate simply because we didn't have the best phone connection, so then without even a goodbye, he just slammed down the phone. I am not simply looking for a tea cup or a pair of scissors, I am trying to side the entire outside of my home! Too bad, so sad, I will go to Kamloops now!
