I find the staff at this location are helpful, plenty of parking, and prices are comparable to other stores. All Lowe’s stores will convert to Rona on July 27, 2023. I hope the customer service continues. Sign up for their emails to be notified of promos. We got a great discount on their patio furniture.
Great staff!!nTook their time to help us find three matching light fixtures stacked way up above the displays. They insisted on us opening the boxes and inspecting the contents before taking them up to the cash register for us.nOut of our way, but we will return for service like this!!
Rona have the worse return policies ever on powered tools. Make you sure you don’t buy from them. They don’t take responsibility at all in which the customer suffer all the damage in the event when you just bought the machine and it doesn’t work. I bought a powered washer this morning, used it for 1 hour and the starter is seized and water is leaking. I brought it back to Rona to return or exchange but they just push the responsibility to warranty where you have to spend your own time and gas to drop off it and then two weeks you get an answer whether you it’s covered under warranty or not. If it is covered you gotta go pick it up and bring it back to Rona for the return. On top they charge you $50 to take a look at it. Horrible policies stay away
The installer called Rocky finished the kitchen cabinets installation in January,12,2024.Unfortunately,after 1 week one of the cabinet door hinge was broken .I contacted the coordinator called Archie and he promised to tell someone fixing it for me.During the installation period this installer only did what he liked .He did not follow the designation .He adhesived the overlapped panel on the low cabinet and made a mouse hole for my kitchen.He moved my rangehood and leaving the hole on the wall and let me do the filling job.After I complained this poor skill to Archie,the installer's attitude was very rude.Hereby, I submit photos as fact check.Anyway,it is a nightmare transaction with Rona.I found one hinge was loosen and broken soon.
All you might need for your home.nPeople are helpful.nBut they have to focus in bathroom cleanness and ensure they have hand sanitizer to use for their customers!
