I came there today to get some chalking for my bathroom and advice on how to properly do this. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff member took his time going over everything with me without rushing. Every department had staff ready and willing to help and the prices are very affordable. I am definitely coming back here
I find the staff at this location are helpful, plenty of parking, and prices are comparable to other stores. All Lowe’s stores will convert to Rona on July 27, 2023. I hope the customer service continues. Sign up for their emails to be notified of promos. We got a great discount on their patio furniture.
Great staff!!nTook their time to help us find three matching light fixtures stacked way up above the displays. They insisted on us opening the boxes and inspecting the contents before taking them up to the cash register for us.nOut of our way, but we will return for service like this!!
All you might need for your home.nPeople are helpful.nBut they have to focus in bathroom cleanness and ensure they have hand sanitizer to use for their customers!
I guess it depends to whom your are speaking with but overall it was a nice experience.nA few employees do not have all the knowledge then we have been redirected to Eddy that has been professional and helpful. He even gave us useful advice.nnThe place is big, the price is okay. Depending what you are looking for. Big parking. And whoever will help you with or less efforts….nWashrooms were clean. Also the woman at the pro service was very helpful. She helped us to confirm that they were still having some sticks and redirected us to Eddy. So it avoid us going to another Rona.
