Bought a reclining couch and love seat from this place at the end of July. They said they had the love seat in stock and could deliver it within a week or two and would have to order the couch and that would take 6 to 8 weeks to come in. We got the love seat within 2 weeks and was fine just had to wait for the couch. Thank god we went with getting the 2 delivered separately otherwise we would be without seating in the living room because the couch came in at the beginning of September just like they said it would. They called on a Thursday or Friday to say it came in and to set up the delivery for the following week. Delivery day came and got a phone call that morning asking what color the love seat we got was and told them dark brown. Well turns out the one they order and was supposed to deliver in an hour was light brown and they were guess we wanted the dark brown one. Now after waiting over a month for the matching couch to come in, we had to wait another month for them to order and get the right couch in stock over 2 months after originally going in to purchase the furniture. I don't think I will ever buy furniture from them again. Sometimes paying a little more might be worth it!

Just had Scott out to take a look at my mom's furnace, absolutely the nicest technician she has worked with. Very patient and kind; he took the time to explain things and be sure everything was just right. We have had excellent customer service from everyone here, highly recommended.

Needed a new water heater. The technician was very good, it wasn't until the installation was completed that I noticed it was the wrong size. They were very uncooprative and refused to make an Adjustment. Since the rebuild be of our old farm house in 95 we have spent on over $20,000 on heating plumbing and sump pump work. Most of this was done by Home through our general contractor. Not another penny will go to them.

I needed a new air conditioner for the house. I called Home Furniture, Plumbing & Heating. Jason Lingo was the project manager that was assigned to me and he did an awesome job. I feel as though I received a very good deal. All of my questions were answered. The workers who did the installation were on time and very professional. Everything looked great and is working well. Thumbs up to you guys!

I would like to thank the repair lady who fix my furnace. She did an outstanding job service in my unit. About 2 week's later my water heater went out. Again, fast friendly service.
