The place is goodnThe service is very helpful and always has what I need. If they don't have it, they will order it for the next day.
I like the staff here as they are willing to help research what you need and find a solution. If they aren't able to do so, they will refer to the best specialty niche.nThe store has an ebb and flow of customers, but no matter how busy they become, someone will acknowledge you as soon as they are able.
Not friendly at all. Staff deal with you as if you are bothering them.
Asked for a piece of plywood with certain measurements. Said they cannot do it because their tools are not precise enough. I told them within the inch of that measurement will be fine. Still refused to do it. What kind of equipment do you have that cannot cut within an inch of the required measurement?!
This is a really good hardware & building supply centre. It was easy to find staff to help me find what I was looking for. The store was bright and clean and all the shelves were stocked well. The staff are helpful and friendly. I will continue to patronize this store because I always have a good experience when I go there.
