Just went there to get something to hold my shelf in my RV... The service clerk Joy was very nice to us.. oui oui she gave an outstanding service and direct us to Stephen which he cutted our poles perfectly.. Merci beaucoup!

Wonderful customer service, all of them . I went today and I had few things I wanted to buy but my ESL didn’t help me with parts. There was a nice gentleman by the name Dave S. He was with me they hole time trying to describe what I needed and he get them for me. Took me 10 minutes to get all the things I needed … Thank you so much

Was waiting for delivery from another company when they phoned and said they did not have the product. Builders were coming the next day. Called Home Hardware and they went out of their way to have the wood delivered within 2 hours. The customer service was above and beyond better than any other store. We will recommend them to everyone and continue to use them for any projects.

Excellent place to shop if you have nothing better to do than stand around the flooring section for 25 minutes with lots of looks but no help. It's really enjoyable watching the staff scurry by you before you can even ask for help...although I would've thought customer service didn't include having to literally chase someone down and interrupt their personal conversations with other associates. In case my sarcasm was not clear...Customer service here really sucks. Only reason for two stars is the selection they have...which is not even that special, but good for a small town. Pretty disappointed.

Excellent service from Laura & Bill in contractor sales. Drew up a quote while I was on the phone with her, I went in and paid and set up a delivery time. The delivery driver, Wayne was super on the crane and everything was ordered and delivered without one problem. I’ll be going back!nThank you for the great service
