Took my goddaughter there for her birthday to let her pick her gift out and her sister had her pic taken with Santa she was so thrilled to see Santa and got to tell him what she wanted for Christmas I didn't know it had 3 floors
First time here. Lively, vibrant mall with great shopping - but what on earth is up with the entrance? It's so narrow and cars were backed up the road in both directions waiting to get in. Not sure if it is the only entrance, but regardless I hope it's only temporary for construction or something and is normally wider. Really is a great mall though. It's heartening to see a mall with so much activity when so many are dying off.
It's a large mall, great for walks or to hang out. They have plenty of stores to shop from and their food court is decent. The only downside is their escalators are always down and you have to go across half the mall to get to the one set if stairs.
I am mobility impaired and use a scooter to help me get around. The Holyoke mall was awesome for me; there was more than sufficient space to accommodate my scooter, the bathrooms were easily accessible, and the staff members I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The only complaints I have are that the touchscreen directories were not working although staff were able to provide directions, and there were no handicapped specific tables in the food court. Oh yes, don’t forget where you parked. There are a lot of exits.
They took out the Christmas tree shop. So very disappointed!!!! That Christmas Tree Shop was best shop around. I travel every year from Rhode Island to shop there. When I saw it was gone and went looking for it. WHAT A LET DOWN! The CTS was empty. Not decorated in its normal fashion. So very disappointed!
A very good sized mall plenty of different stores to go through I enjoyed it because I am from Leominster and I'm all is tiny and half of the stores are closed this mall has two levels a bunch of major stores like Target Best buy JCPenney Macy's it has escalators in all the major stores. There is plenty of parking also covered parking garage much like all the other malls it wasn't very busy
Ah the storied mall of my youth. It had everything! including a movie theater, arcade a food court that wouldn't give you food poisoning. Now they only have three types of stores. Hat, T-shirt, and sneaker stores.
great mall but there r these two younger girls that keep going around taking money from people. they’ll use excuses like “i need bus stop money” or “my moms mad at me and won’t pick me up”. one is i think a red head the other is a brunette, and they are definitely dressed to look like they have money. it’s a serious issue because i talk to mutuals and they ran into the same two girls probably high school age
A pretty decently good mall. I visited it last week, with my husband and six year old daughter. We had an overall good experience, except in one store. An employee old, dressed like he just rolled off the couch at showcase was caught by my husband, staring creepily at our child, licking his lips. We left, my husband furious, and I as well. I had to convince him not to go confront the guy, since I just wanted to continue our lovely day. However, it ruined the vibe.
