Holstein is a time capsle with a General Store scooped ice cream garages feed mill horse and buggies and friendly people. Every Dec (second Sat at 1:00 pm is a horse drawn Sanata Claus Parade usually 4000 attend) people really enjoy the spirit of Christmas (yes we are old fashion!) with different church services. In April its Maple Fest in the sugar bush the old fashion way (not commercal!) usually 4000 to 5000 attend lots of gradparents. Google Holstein Ont Southgate you will be surprised.
