Food is good but alot of the HCAs are not doing there jobs properly. OPEN SORES ARE NOT BEING REPORTED PROPERTY AND stuff has been broken and stolen. I have told the staff and main boss but nothing has changed. It's poorly managed and not informing the staff with proper communication or Protocols.
Didn't appear to be short staff, noticed they really help and feed the residents. Glad to see enough staff taking care of the residents. They mob the floors right after dinner, sure keep the place clean. Front desk person is friendlyas well.
