The ambiance is great. It's beautiful and relaxing. Tina is lovely and the best part of this place. However, the customer service from everyone else waivers between great and awful. I'd been to this place at least seven times in a few months before anyone knew who I was. That seemed odd to me compared to my other experiences. I bought a waxing package so they had all my info and I tried making regular appointments. Every time I tried to get an appointment they were booked. I had one (full leg) wax by a lady who said, "Get ready for the pain!" Needless to say, it was one of the worst waxes I've ever had. I also bought a laser package because it was well priced... When I called for an appointment, after saying it was difficult to get one, they said I could get one, "even though I've never spoken to you before." They've changed my laser appointments a few times and ask me to come in earlier each time (they're all after work so it's hard.) Now they've sent me an email saying my appointment is at 645 when I wrote it down as 545. I've also written down my appointments when I make them only to find out they're 15 minutes later when I get there. Not my favourite place.

I've been going to Holistic Spa for almost 2 years now for my waxing, facials and Yonka products. The service and staff are great! I'm happy I was able to find a reliable place with consistent, quality service to meet my needs.

I’ve heard a lot of mixed reviews about this place. From them ruining eyebrows, NOT paying employees ( being taken to court) and actually some good ones about their facials being decent. In the past I’ve been to holistic spa to get my eyebrows done, I mean it was okay nothing great the staff is condescending, rude and likes to their clients feels bad about themselves ( I guess it is their marketing technique, trying to upsell treatments). Just yesterday I went for a Yonka facial that they were advertising on groupon for $40, it states it is a 60 min facial. I was in the facial room for exactly 21 mins. The lady steamed my face took out black heads and put toner on my face.... I kid you not THAT was all.. the entire time she was telling me how horrible my skin is and how mad it was making her. I understand as a professional you should give ur opinion but not to the extent where the entire 20 mins you tell me how horrible my skin is and how I fail my i take care of myself. (My skin is not as bad as she was making it out to be a few acne scars and some dry patches.) I come out of the room to tell the receptionist, Tina they are false advertising. She tells me I don’t know what I am talking about ?!!!? She shut up after I showed her the last text message I sent was 21 mins before, clearly I can’t text with stuff over my eyes. I don’t know what kind of sh*t show they are running. Your job is to help people, you guys lack empathy, customer service and any skills what’s so ever it amazes me how u guys are still in business. I have nothing against them and I don’t write google review the only purpose of this review is to warn people don’t waste your money and time at Hollistic Spa! Repeatedly I’ve been disappointed by them, and they never take responsibility for their actions.

Worst place to ever go... beware!!!!.. The lady has no manners. Rude to children - as they wanted me to leave my 5 year old daughter alone outside in the waiting area - until I was finished - As if their groupon was worth MY daugheters safety and life. GET OUT OF HERE.. you needed customers, that's why you signed up for groupons... You will meet your maker.. Most business owners have manners and wish to have a successful busynesssssssss not an empytnesssssssssss so get your mind right.. and LEARN TO SMILE...life isn't stressful - it's what you make it....If you are not HAPPY within .. take it to the man above.. but don't ever try that again, with anyone and their children!! RESPECT & MANNERS

Worst eyebrow place ever... don't go here unless you want to be treated like trash and want your eyebrows rushed. How many times have i left here with an incomplete job done and bad customer service? Almost every time. They are rude, have seen them create an argument with customers just to be right, that is when i stopped going there. The staff is rude and talk down to younger clients and think its okay to not do a complete job to their teenage clients...
