The location is perfect for a food tour. A lot of good restaurant around. 10 minutes by car to the china town. Walking distance to a lot of nice coffee around. The room is small, but Toronto is a big city, I didn't expect much. The staff and service is excellent. So nice and warm. One thing: waiting for the elevator too long. Anyway, I would love to stay here again for my next trip
A wonderful experience. The rooms were clean with excellent amenities. Lots of space. Breakfast was pretty good, too. Lots of power outlets, an ironing board, and a coffee machine! Very comfy beds, too. I was very comfortable
Amazing Value & Top Notch Customer Service.nOur stay was great; location was perfect, beds comfy and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk person asked my preferences to get the best room for our needs, when the fridge didn’t work they were apologetic and had someone up to resolve it in minutes, and every staff we encountered asked if we were enjoying our stay; Teddy was charming!nThe rooms are European in size, but has everything you need. The pool & fitness centre were a little lack-luster but perfectly functional; if you have more luxurious tastes you should look at somewhere in a different price point. For the price, in this location, this hotel will be our new go-to.
Perfectly located a few steps from the Subway and streetcar lines, with a brisk 10 minute walk to Dundas-Square.nnPlenty of restaurants, cafes, drugstores, and supermarkets around.nnThe rooms are somewhat on the smaller side, though they are clean and tidy.nnThe breakfast, while not complimentary, is definitely decent. Fresher and a level above most other Holiday Inns.
Great service by the hotel Inn staff, very professional and helpful. Room was clean and enough. I guess they're using water bottles so there were no kettles or glass. Tv connection a little iffy but it's alright. Central space in downtown if you like to explore walking around! Near the station as well.
