The location is very good, rooms are clean, and the building is nicely maintained. The staff is pleasant enough, though you may have to ask 2 or 3 times if you need something. Overall a good experience, and if I had another event in the area I'd consider coming back.

Quick check in. Great service. Very clean facilities. Amazing house keeping. Close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, pharmacies and major stores. McDonalds, Tim Hortons and Boston Pizza is diagonally across.

This place was so caring and kind. I got stranded there and was scared and knew no one around and the hotel seen me is distress and came right to me to help me and offered me a room right away and gave me a huge discount because of my situation and were so helpful . I would be a mess and lost if it wasn't for this hotel and the amazing locals that I met there were so helpful and kind as well .

Clean comfortable room and staff were friendly, attached restaurant was excellent... we would definitely visit this property again

Room and hallways smelled. Carpets dirty and stained. Pillows smelled of body odour. Towels did not smell fresh. Front desk staff were not friendly. Too far from Vancouver. Not worth the money.
