This location is by far the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve had the pleasure to stay at. I have stayed here every week for work for the past 10 months. All the staff are great but I’d like to shout out to both Amanda and Madison. Amanda always checks me in and Madison always checks me out. They are both very welcoming and warm. Always make sure I have everything I need and I’ve even gotten a hand written letter in my room from Madison welcoming to my “home away from home”. The rooms are great, the breakfast is great, room is clean every single time but I come back because of how I’m treated. Thanks so much you guys!!
Prior to booking my room, I asked about parking a vehicle here for a couple weeks while I went on vacation. I offered to pay and was told it shouldn't be a problem. After checking in I was told I couldn't keep my vehicle here as they didn't want to be liable. I wasn't looking for liability, I just needed a decent place to park until i returned. Again, willing to pay.nA simple no from the beginning would have allowed me to make other arrangements before everything closed.nI usually stay here two to three times a year when passing through but I'll probably explore other options in the future as I have a bad taste in my mouth after this.
Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was friendly and quick for check in and checkout Would like to see an upgrade to the fitness Center and the hot tub back operating.
Check in was quick and the room was clean and ready for guests. The bed was great and cozy making for a good sleep. Breakfast had a good variety but the scrambled eggs and omelets were dry and had been out too long. Not sure how they can avoid that but I've had better at other properties. I'd go again though. Just choose a different breakfast.
The staff were all sweet. Clean rooms. Friendly atmosphere. A nice breakfast. This place seems to be all run by females. Good job, ladies!
