Holiday Inn Express & Suites Saint - Hyacinthe

This is an excellent hotel!!! I have chemical allergies and the staff completely accommodated me! I was extremely impressed! They provided documentation of the products that they use to clean the room. They prepared the room perfectly for me. The staff was very professional, courteous and friendly. They took very good care of me. I also travelled with my little hypoallergenic dog and they were very wonderful with him. The breakfast was very tasty - eggs, sausage, ham, toast (gluten-free too!), juices, cereals. The staff was very helpful. They were always smiling and checking that I was happy. I recommend this hotel! It is excellent! Many thanks again to Catherine and Marie-Pier and all the staff! You guys were wonderful!!

This hotel has a Green Building Certificate and really it’s. The room have a very good design. There are a lot of restaurant around just at walking distance. The rooms at highway side are a little bit noisy.

This was a great choice! We booked a day before New Years Eve and got a suite. The hotel is right off the highway and easy to find. We were directly beside the elevators and didn't hear anything. The breakfast was served in a room off of the lobby and was excellent. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a small living room with a couch and tv at the entrance to our room. As a family of 5 traveling back from Nova Scotia to Ontario, this was a great stop. We ordered in pizza from Mikes, a place with an ad page in their info book, but there were about 5 other options in the same parking lot as the hotel, and a gas station. We will be making this a regular stop on the way back. (Sorry no photos, we didn't think to take any. But there were laminate floors, large shower, and two queen sized beds. Very similar to the promo photos).
