My brother and I went there and saw some pretty ignorant customers, Jem and Danika looked like they were being belittled a few times from them. I would have given a 5 star, but those customers really turned me off, if that's the type of regulars there I think you may have a hard time keeping staff. Hopefully when I go back they won't be there again. Great service by the way, the lady's were attentive and informative about the area and upcoming events there.
I wish i can give zero star , i went there with my friends and it was a horrible experience for us. Girl at the front counter i think her name is danika is not great seems like she doesn’t like her job. And then she brought the food to the table and threw plates at us. I had to confront her about her behaviour . The guy working at the front is nice and polite but that girl needs to learn the customer service.
I had a bad experience with my friends. We went to get a drink and the lady behind the bar rolled her eyes at us and was very rude when we asked for our drinks- we think her name is Jem. Then we tried to order our food and we walked up to the counter and the girl working completely ignored us and kept eating her chips and did something else. We ended up going back up to order from somebody else. We felt uncomfortable the whole time bowling. The same girl just threw our plates onto the table and walked away
Danica was extremely rude. She would shove our belongings out of the way when she was putting down food. She did not communicate whatsoever and we didn’t know who’s pizza was who’s. When one of my friends said something about how it was disrespectful when she tossed her plate down aggressively, we saw her walk to the back and mock her to the nice older gentleman. She threw her hands in the air and walked off after talking about us in front of our faces. The eye rolling of her and Jem were both so disrespectful and made our experience uncomfortable. Thank you to the man who greeted us for your kindness.
My friends and I had a bad time because of the bartender Jem and the server Danika. Jem rolled her eyes at us after we ordered drinks and was constantly banging stuff around and giving us dirty looks when we were playing. Danika threw our plates onto the table without saying anything and moved our personal belongings without even asking first. She didn’t say her fake apology until my friend called her out, but she was just brushing it off like she didn’t care. Then she started complaining to the man behind the counter and made it seem like we were overreacting. The man was the only person that was nice to us.
