What a yummy, fun way to beat the heat! Massive serving sizes of flavored shaved ice! Decently priced and friendly staff. The flavor list is 50 + options and you can combo however you see fit. My only suggestion would be to add a different color sticker of some sort to easily show the sugar free options. :
Friendly service. Generous portions. Soft and smooth shaved ice just like in Hawaii! NOT crunchy bits of ice like a snow cone Definitely worth getting the ice cream inside and snow cap on top! Will be back to try more flavors!
Love this location! Such helpful workers and great shave ice!! My favorite is the 808, and always a good idea to add ice cream coconut ice cream is my favorite. All the flavors we’ve tried are terrific! My kids love Tigers Blood, Da Kine and AllaCollada. Such a great summer treat! @hokuliashaveice
The 808 is yummy! And coconut ice cream in the middle is a must! The tables are genius for holding your shaved ice. We loved it!
So back in July my family had visited this location for some shaved ice. Both my boys and I got one and flavoring added on it was done poorly. We'll I reached out to whom i suppose was management named Kevin. He gave me some general information and then said he would refund it back to card from rewards. I gave him my phone number so he could apply to rewards and would notify me when done. It's almost September and no word from him. 1 star for lack of communication and issues with the shaved ice. Disappointing seeing how there pricey too.
I waited for well over an hour for 2 "Short Boards" small shaved ice cups. There were only a few people in front of me in line. I would not recommend this place if you don't have a long time to sit around and wait.
Love this place! Great service. Best Hawaiian Ice in Utah. Do yourself a favor and get ice cream and snow cap. You’ll be glad you did.
First off the flavored shaved ice is ok, thus the 2 stars. The problem I had with this place was the fact that the girl rang up our order and after swiping my card & turning the tablet towards me said, "Ok, now do you want to tip 15, 20 or 25%?". I should of said; why, you haven't done anything yet. I've never had a food service place straight up ask me to my face how much I wanted to tip them. Especially not a mobile snow cone hut. 15-25% tips are for full service restaurants, not some teenage kid serving you flavored ice. Have you ever walked into a restaurant and had them ask you to tip them before getting your food? Of course not. It was very off-putting and we will not return just for that reason. I'll stick with Zeppes.

The ice is perfectly shaved with no large chunks. I tried the coconut ice cream in the middle and was so glad that I did!
