Was half impressed till they quit bringing us are orders after we were there for 45minutes. They know how to get customers too leave once they decide home much you get too eat. To top it off hit me with a hefty $110 bill for 2 people for a basic dinner with WATER! To drink! Should have just walked out after waiting another 40 minutes for a one of the 4 orders I had placed! Won’t be returning. Food is ok… just don’t plan on actually getting an all u can eat dinner.
My favourite was the curry beef. My daughter gave a rating of 10 out of 10Food: 5/5
Food and service good, went to pay and cashier had my wait while she FaceTime with someone on her phone. Then charge me for extra person on my bill. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning
I'd like to preface this by saying that I'm not one to leave bad reviews I worked in a restaurant for a long time and I know how much it hurts morale. We wanted to try a new sushi place as we normally go to Madoi sushi downtown, this place looked great online. We got there and proceeded to order rolls and cheese wontons, the food started out being okay quality. But, after the first round of food being dropped off the quality got worse and worse. I ordered Philadelphia rolls and salmon avacado rolls and it seemed as if the food was made days ago. Metro sushi is better in my opinion. This was the first and last time I'd come here, I will stick with my normal sushi place.
This was my first time here with my grandaughter who loves sushi. My first impression was that it was kind of sketchy. Certainly, the cooking area was LESS than impressive. The food was good, not outstanding, but the edamame looked positively old, wrinkly and disgusting. We chose " all you can eat " but, obviously, we didnt eat that much. A $75.00 bill seemed very high. Next time, if there is a next time, I would order a la carte for the amount that we ate.
This was a place I would have not gone to until my daughter n her friend went there. So the next day after my daughter went we went up to try it. It's kinda cool really cause u use a tablet to send your orders in n if u do the all you can eat u can keep ordering n it gets brought to you. I've never eaten this type of food but they have so many different choices there's something that you'll like no matter your taste. Very fun place to eat. Great food.
Sushi was good but nothing impressive. Slightly more expensive than other places I've been to. I ordered takeout so I can't speak for the service, but staff were friendly when I was picking up my food. Overall there are better options for better prices in Peterborough, but it's a solid choice.
Lots of unique flavours here if you’re into trying different things. I love their banana sushi!! All around a good spot, all you can eat!
I am honestly so disappointed with Hockey Sushi. This has been our favorite sushi place, and have come here weekly, sometimes more for over 13 years. Today we arrived with 6 guests for lunch. One of us does not like sushi, and just wanted a beverage, and an order of Fries. We were told that this person had to go sit at a table by himself in fear that we would sneak him food which he doesn't like we left the restaurant, and will not be back. This is how they treat their 13 year regulars. Not happy
very amazing food!, but terrible customer service and liars. i went here with my girlfriend are food was $83.60 and i gave them $100 all in 20’s and she said it wasn’t enough so i gave her a $5 bill i didn’t even realize i did until i looked and i didn’t have anymore 20’s i went back and asked for my receipt and confronting her knowing 110% what happened and i wasn’t right, and she said no it didn’t happen. sorry can’t help you, than i asked about my change because it was $83.60 and i “gave $85” actually $105 and she didn’t even give me the right change. so just be careful when u go here!!
