Stopped by today and was super impressed with how friendly all the staff was. When I needed a hand, David Stadneck helped me out and was super kind, knowledgeable and personable— he even gave a great movie review! Next time I’m grabbing gear for my son It’ll no doubt be at PHL based on their service alone!
went to Pro Hockey Life at 6 pm. I was greeted by one of their sales associate Hannah. She was outstanding, she knew the product line skates and every accessory for it. She spent 20 minutes giving me product knowledge. Then she recommended Jeremy for the helmet's and gloves . He did a great job . I would highly recommend Pro Hockey life.
Went to return defective skates that were only 3 1/2 months old. So called store manager says sorry warranty was over after 3 months. We bought the skates in summer so did not start using them till Sept so really they only had 2 months of use on them. We have spent thousands of dollars at Pro Hockey life on our kids but now they will not receive another dollar. Not the way to run a business.
The store has a good selection. But if no one can help you get products what is the point. If you can’t help people sizes skates put the stock on the floor so we can at least help ourselves. I will not come back.

I cannot remember his name, but I know his name tag said « expert » on it. He was so incredibly helpful- I had 20 minutes for my next game and he sold me a great helmet. Not only did he help me with great service, he changed the cage for free. He also found two side pieces for stoppers on the cage to make it more secure- also for free. He also gave me 10% discount on a new hockey bag as it was the display model. He made me feel very important as a customer. I will for sure be returning for all my hockey needs at this location. I have also told my team that the service is excellent and they should go there as well. Very thankful for a great experience !
They’re busy but do a great job with everything, got my skates sharpened too
Recently came here to get my families skate sharpened and the service was fantastic. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work!
I don't go anywhere else for sticks or skates. The knowledge for skates has made a big difference in our house.
Zero help from any 1 in the store. asked multiple times all I got was "I can try and find some one " and then turned there back and walked away.
