I came here with my family. As usual, we ordered beef balls and beef noodle soups. The food is ok; however, the pricing and hidden tea costs made the eating experience less pleasant. The small beef noodle soup has very little beef and noodle compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. Please be prepared to pay an extra 3 dollars per person if you plan on drinking tea. We will drink plain water next time. Although we are supportive of vietnamese restaurants and Vietnamese cuisine, we will make sure to look at the reviews and take more time to decide before spending our money and trying something new. This restaurant is in a plaza and has many parking places. The restaurant washrooms are very clean and the restaurant atmosphere feels comfortable. The table and seats are clean as well.
They are open again! Very bright and roomy feeling after their renovation. We love this little Vietnamese restaurant. Their food is consistently good. Staff are quick and friendly. We love their regular salad rolls and spring rolls.Food: 5/5
Hui soup was pretty darn good. I'm a big fan of Vietnamese food and it did not disappoint. I got it there right before close and should have been wise enough to take it to go but pho is meant to be experienced in house. Wish I could have finished the bowl but I got in there last minute and they wanted to close.
It's back open! Hoang Gia is open again after renovations. Fresh new look and the same amazing Vietnamese food. Try the rice paper rolls. My personal single top restaurant in Kelowna.Food: 5/5
First time dining here, great meal. The wait staff was attentive, including water refills and to check if we needed more wraps for our 'wrap your own' rolls. Had the Hue Spicy Soup, Special Combination, and Three Colour Combo. Super tasty and filling! Another member in the party had the Pineapple Fried Rice, which was served inside a half pineapple shell, which was visually appealing. Would like to go back and try more of their extensive menu, which includes Japanese options like sushi.
Very delicious. I'm glad they opened it again. I strongly recommend seafood fried noodles! We will come again!
We had such a delicious lunch! I had the vegetarian stir fry with rice and it was AMAZING! Best stir fry I’ve ever had! It was very flavourful and not spicy, but they had hot sauce on the side to add if you’d like. All of us were so thrilled with our meals!
The best Vietnam food ‘Pho’. to me in Kelowna . We can do delivery also from this restaurant , very busy during lunch time .
The best pho I could get in Kelowna area. I have been coming here for the past 10+ years. Highly recommended
Good atmosphere for the family and flavourful food. Only thing I would critique was table service, once the food came no one came to the table to check on drinks or the meal. However getting someone's attention was easy. Kid-friendliness: Have high chairs however no change tables for infants.
