On site is abysmal, civilian contractors can bring their vehicles on base but military members cant and have to pay for parking?
Place of work. 10 year requirement to be eligible for parking pass. Then you pay a monthly fee to purchase said parking pass.

They say come join the Navy, you can explore the world. I say don't, they don't have enough parking.
