The flavors here were great! But a word of advice, if you say you want your spice level at medium, it comes out HOT! I can usually handle Mexican hot, being part Mexican, but Indian hot is a different level. The staff was nice as well.
Again and again, dish after dish. Consistent high quality, amazing flavors that are unique for each dish not the homogenized flavors so many ethnic diners offer. This is a genuine jewel in the gem state.
I am not familiar with Indian food . This was delicious. I'm partial to the chicken curry, with Hot Sauce. The mint sauce on the Chicken Marsala was also yummy.
Staff is super friendly. Very warm and lovely dining room. Food is AMAZING! Definitely want the recipe for that rice pudding!!

This place is wonderful! Food is so good - very flavorful, creamy, the perfect comfort food but also very healthy. This is the best Indian food we’ve had! The service was 10/10. Staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Every part of our experience was amazing and we are excited to visit every time we’re in Pocatello!
This was our first trip to Himalayan Flavor, we tried the buffet so we could get an idea of what they have to offer. Everything we tried we liked... the food was fresh, the restaurant was very clean, service was perfect, we'll be back! Next time we'll order off the menu. Thank you!
I would recommend this place to anyone in town. I go there at least 3 times a week, I always get the Chicken Chili and Garlic Cheese Nan. Most amazing food I have ever tasted. Kumar and his brother are the best at always making you feel welcome. Hands down the best food in town!
I would literally eat here just for their rice. I've ordered 5 or 6 times from them now and every time it's phenomenal. Ranging from lamb dishes to vegetarian dishes and all the sides I can get, it has never once been bad. Sooo amazing! Btw butter lamb and vegetable samosas SLAP
