The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nice. The restaurant breakfast was good. I liked the French toast and pancakes. Both elevators were broken during my stay, but probably will be fixed by the time you read this. I didn't really like the TV functionality.nThe thing I really liked about my room was the thermostat control. If you are someone like me that likes to sleep with the sound of a fan, then you will like it too. The thermostat allows you to tell it to keep the fan on and you can select low, medium, or high to get the volume of sound that you want.nI recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I was in the area.
Stayed 3 nights while here for a conference.nRoom clean and comfortable.nHotel conveniently locatednFood during conference was excellent. Fresh fruits, variety of snacks, lots of tasty choices for lunch menu.nService by hotel Personel was also excellent.nOverall I would recommend this location for a small conference.
Only stayed the one night. The room was very clean and organized. The bed was very comfortable and had a wonderful sleep. However we booked through hotels.com which states that this Hilton had bathrobes unfortunately explain to me by the front desk no Hilton provides bathrobes not that big of a deal but kind of a bummer. What they do advertise however is a hot tub pool and great service. The hot tub had no pressure the pool was empty and the young man with the ponytail at the front desk couldn't care less about the guests and ourselves it almost seems like we were a burden to this young gentleman to have to do his job. And for the price of $150 room per night there little cereal and apple continental breakfast should have been free. Not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and will use Hilton again in the future but not this one.
Came to stay in this Hilton Garden Inn in the west side/suburbs of Edmonton and was very pleased with the friendly service, room Suite with King bed + pullout bed/sofa and the simple yet good food served in the Garden Grille on the first floor. Room was clean and comfortable, and allowed us a good amount of room to stretch out. The Garden Grille was a nice place to have a breakfast omelette, pancakes, etc. on the following morning. Plenty of free parking and easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, Canadian Tire, etc. Also a short drive to West Edmonton Mall. Looking forward to return stay. Recommended!
We booked here last weekends and staffs are great. But the the only thing is the pool area and hot tub were too strong of chlorine. We just stayed only 5 minutes. My kids skin and I started irritated and started to itched.
