The service here was amazing! Most places I go to cut my cuticles and leave them very sore, but Jack was very easy (without beings asked). No cuts or sore cuticles here. Plus the tip and design selection was fantastic. They have definitely made a life long customer out of me!

i WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF IT WOULD LET ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I break a natural nail 3/4 of the way across and call this place to see if they can save/fix it and how much it will cost. The man tells me on the phone $3. So I say I will be right up in about 10 minutes. I get there and he tells me, sorry can't do anything we are booked.   WTF???? You couldn't tell me that on the phone and save me the trip?

I found this very inconsiderate!!! and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
