Hillsboro County Market

Pricey. From out of state, have visited many times as it's the only grocery in the area. Clean store. Don't arrive a little before closing time, the staff will let you know you're not welcome haha

Store has a good set up quality food. Deli people nice and helpful. Red headed woman at checkout rude and attitude. When asked if the man in front of me could use rest of his food card. Then she and box boy while checking me kept turning around staring at the man and making all of us feel like we were either doing something wrong or not wanted in the store. Most unpleasant experience I have ever had in a store.

Always friendly and can always expect great deals and savings! They compete with the larger super markets so closely that i often find i save more money here at the County Market!!! Thank you Connie for keeping a nice local market with many options for shopping like the hardware store inside! It truly is a once stop shop!!

Great grocery store, most likely the best for miles. Great meat dept, produce section has a strong emphasis on local and organic selections, some world class cheeses and wide variety of beers and liquors. Your last chance at fine creature comforts before you get away from it all! And us locals really need the place given the absence of good grocery stores in Richland County.

Nice fresh produce, and they have a good selection of meat, as well as all the grocery items.

Dear Friends at Hillsboro County Market, People at the market are always friendly and helpful. Your deli is the best. I am planning a birthday surprise for my brother. The lady who prepares the cakes was willing to adjust her schedule in order to have the cake ready on time. Much appreciated. Keep up the great work! Carol.

I visited this store a week after the Wisconsin mask-wearing mandate has gone into effect. Within 10 minutes of being in the store I witnessed two employees with their masks under their chin while stocking shelves in holding product close to their face. I chose to leave the store and left my card at customer service and told them why. I later called and spoke with the store manager to discuss the situation. I felt entirely blown off. I will not be returning to the store at least until the pandemic is over I will be discussing this with my friends who also shop there. It does not feel as if they are taking our safety seriously.

Always have great arrangements for you to choose from; from dry goods to refrigerated dairy, fruits, vegetables, meats, and beverages. The Deli must be the busiest of all, with their continued order's for sliced cheeses and meats, to freshly made side dishes, and fruit trays for dinners, parties, and picnics.

All I can say is wow what great service. I was trying to remove old black mastic from hardwood floors. I went to Walmart, ace true value and the American do it center before going here. My husband stopped in the night before and looked for anything to help take it off. However being impatient he left before Jason could find the Krud Kutter Adhesive remover in the back. However Jason is so thoughtful that when he saw me the next day he asked how it was going and showed me this product. I was blown away. Not only did the product work well with some elbow grease but it was gentle enough to work barefoot in it and not hurt me. We have a young dog who is hard to keep out of areas and knowing this was gentle, non toxic, and biodegradable gave me peace of mind. That is for all your help Jason!

County market has done an outstanding job with the Hometown Hardware. They carry quality tools, and have a wide selection available. They have bolts, nails, screws, electrical , automotive items wiper blades, black plastic push fasteners needed after a raccoon takes the front plastic off your car, steel, plumbing. They also have pipe they can cut for you gotta ask it’s in back I can’t completely describe their selection, if you have not checked it out, you need to!!! Forget about having to go to Richland Crnter, Tomah, LaCrosse, or Baraboo, they probably have it here. I posted some pics to give you a idea, check them out
