Hill's Wiring Inc

We told them we needed help updating the wiring on our joint well. The electrician who came out was pleasant and told us what we needed. We told him we had difficulties finding an available electrician and that we were concerned about getting the well fixed before winter. We were assured that Hill's was responsive and available. A week and a half later we received an email that stated they were not willing to give us a quote or do the work until at least next summer. Apparently, they had acquired bigger and better jobs. Our work was not only unimportant to them, they also had no concern about the position we are left in. Apparently, Hill's is no different than anyone else. It's not about service to customers but about the biggest and best paydays. They may be fine electricians; but, if you're not a big project, be prepared to be left out in the cold or without water.
