Had a great time. The staff were super patient with me while guiding me through selecting songs. Not only chinese songs but variety of songs in different languages. Their system has youtube Rates for the room was reasonable. The microphones sounded really good and the rooms were half decently sound proofed, couldn't hear anyone around us.
100% worth coming here. We’re from Markham and all the options here suck so for a short 20 min drive you get quick and friendly service, clean rooms with easy to use machines at dirt cheap rates. Staff explained how to use everything well and they were very accommodating. Definitely coming back here more often
The staff seems friendly and the rooms are cozy but super hot because there's no ventilation. The karaoke machine isn't as up to date as other ktv locations. So it's alright but not worth the price.
I always have a great time at High Zone. They have a massive song collection in a variety of languages. The snack and drink selection is also pretty good. There's a room large enough for 50 people! Last time we went we had a group of about 15 people. We generally book for 4 hours and time just flies! The private rooms are very clean and the displays are high quality. There's two mics per room so friends can sing along. Friendly employees, good service!!!

Pretty nice karaoke lounge, it’s my first time ever. Large selection of music. they have youtube on the system, pretty convenient. Other than that, very spacious room and reasonably priced.
ZERO STAR RATING. Just left extremely disappointed Feb 18/2023. This was my first experience at a karaoke bar and it will definitely be my last. Staff extremely unpleasant, rude and gave dirty looks to our entire party as if we were an inconvenience to them. Did not want to take our orders, had to go up to the front to make an order. Rooms were dirty, microphones were sticky and drinks were NOT poured to size or poured properly. Put an automatic gratuity on our bill without any notice and then asked for additional tips. Would absolutely not go back to this place. Staff needs to understand what customer service is and not demand tips when poor service is rendered. Would not recommend, it is a waste of money. Look elsewhere for a karaoke bar or just do it at home. UPDATE: We have found out from our friends the next day that they double billed the drinks we ordered along with their drinks after we had already paid bills. We checked our visa bill and they also added another gratuity on that we did not agree in the payment. This is ABSOLUTELY disgusting and this establishment should be shut down.
So amazing and better than any bar you could sing at! Drinks are so tasty! Try to reserve ahead of time so you won’t be disappointed. Have fun!
Didn't really appreciate them claiming the only option available was a $350 bundle, because they where "fully booked" +13% tax and 15% tip ON TOP OF TAX = $455 when in reality half the place was clearly empty. It was obviously a trick to force money out of us. They say "youtube" available, but that's only if the song on youtube is made for kareoke, otherwise non playable. So most non asain songs are usually remixes or covers. The service was extremely difficult every step of the way. Would go back on their agreements a-lot would say yes to anything to get you in but then say we cant do it out of convenience to them, but eventually would do as promised if you held your ground and insisted. Just unhappy that we spent $40+ per person for something that should't have cost more than $20.
- Great alternative to the heavily congested and dilapidated Young St - Furnishings are new and admittedly a bit gaudy with the heavy usage of gold - Bathroom is clean huzzah!, for now anyway. - Song selection is primarily Chinese, with a decent selection of English, Korean, and Japanese. It's not the easiest to navigate the karaoke machine as foreign artists are not classified under the correct tabs/search criteria most of the time. - Price ranges based on room size party size after 9PM. Happy Hour between 3-8PM, flat rate, and includes one non-alcoholic beverage per person. - Call button is secured to the wall instead of on the karaoke machine - Staff member was pleasant and prompt in tending to our requests/call for mic battery changes.
