Very helpful and organized. Went in for a last minute trailer rental and left 10 min later .... Uhaul took 45 min to tell me that they had booked me for the next day in a different town. Will always check them out when needing to rent equipment. Highly recommend

As I’ve always used a different rental company, this is my first experience with Sun Belt rentals. They were absolutely awesome. Their service was by far five stars. From the Parksville store to the Nanaimo store highly recommend do use them.
Excellent service from their friendly staff and extremely fair pricing. We have rented lift equipment from them a few times and they always deliver on time or early. The hammer drill we rented worked great and I couldn't believe how affordable it was. We finished our project over the weekend thanks to them. Great experience!! Would definitely use these guys many times in the future.
