Very rude front receptionist. I arrived for my appointment for my 24 hour blood pressure monitoring at 1pm on a Thursday. It took about half an hour to get set up, which was fine. The next day I got 2 very rude messages from the receptionist saying that the monitor was due back 'by 1pm'. How do you do a 24 hour monitor and have it back in 23.5 hours? Also, why didn't they tell me this? I was busy on Friday afternoon and had no idea that it had to be returned immediately after the 24 hours were over. I was planning to drop it off before work on Monday morning. I explained this to the receptionist and she was, again, very rude and told me I was inconveniencing them by not having it returned by their closing time of 4pm. Really, if this is the policy it should be explained well in advance. Additionally, while I was getting my device set up the receptionist came in the little room to help the nurse. The receptionist had no mask on and did not respect social distancing in any way. She was within 18 inches of me. This is a medical clinic and I would have expected her to follow the COVID regulations. Very unprofessional.
It is a little fustrating when place of work such as this doesn't schedule the lunch lunch break so there is some one at the front. Specially when you go inside and hear a number of people in a room eating and socializing. Maybe I am wrong but you would they could stagger the lunch break.?
Easy peasy to get set up with blood pressure monitor. Staff super polite and caring, lots of explanation, only a 10 minute wait
Great Company!
