There's a Ford Dealer in my town but I go out of my way to go to Highland Ford because I like that they treat me like I'm their most important customer. There's a fantastic atmosphere in the service department that I have rarely seen anywhere else. The personnel is jovial, polite and they go out of their way to satisfy my concerns. I couldn't ask for a better place to take my vehicle.

The team are extraordinarily customer-centered and interested in providing value per dollar. They are courteous, respectful and helpful at every step from purchase or lease to providing excellent service through the life of the vehicle. I have owned or leased cars across Canada for over 50 years and the team at Highland Ford are by far the most professional I have encountered.

Nice calm clean organized facility. ALL Staff was curdious and patient. No pressure to buy. Sales wernt pushy but they were very knowledgeable and made us feal confrontable and helped us in every way they could.. Overall I'm very impressed. Plus they fixed up my issues and went above and beyond and fixed another issue as well even on short notice. I was espicially pleased for it being my first time in the place...
