Very bad experience from body shop department..My expedition 2022 limited got an unbelievable incident, which the trunk door top part got stuck it self during the winter. Think its an engineering defect. When its colder the top panel of trunk door is stiff and it hooks at top and bend during power lift opens. Very tragic issue. Showed them, which they says cant cover under warranty. Even they just don't care , they are not sure about the rework anything , still no response from weeks. They said they had a same incident reported by aford escape 2023.anybody having this issue??
I needed a new vehicle because it was scrapped due to an accident, so I decided to buy one in Highburyford. Thank you to the person in charge and all the staff for your kind and detailed explanation to my family. It was nice to be able to purchase a new vehicle quickly. My family is very satisfied and enjoying the new vehicle.
Buy your new Ford ANYWHERE but this place!!!! Zero stars should definitely be an option when rating Highbury Ford. Highbury Ford is a failure on every level; sales, service and management. I have read many of their reviews and there is a distinct pattern. If you don't have any problems with your vehicle, Highbury Ford is great. If you do have a problem however, Highbury Ford is absolutely useless. They will not help you. Once you are out the door and they have your money you are screwed.nnI bought a new F150 in December of last year. There were several flaws in the finish of the vehicle, included what appeared to be knife marks in the window moldings???!?!? I was assured they would be repaired. I should have refused delivery of the vehicle at the time but I trusted the salesman. BAD idea.nnI won't mention any names here but after 6 months and several emails and phone calls to the salesman, the body shop manager and the sales manager, my truck remains unrepaired.
Both the Mikes are amazing , they gave me huge discounts unlike many other dealers in the town. Excellent and friendly customer service.nHighly recommended to anyone out there looking to buy a vehicle.nI got my beast-iful truck thru them! “dw its not a typo I put those words together to make it sound better, because the truck is a beast and it so freakin beautiful”.
I recently leased a Ford Bronco for Highbury Ford and I could not be happier. I received a higher value for my trade in than was quoted at other dealerships which put the vehicle I wanted in my budget. Fred sales and Geoff financing both made the experience of getting a new vehicle exactly what it should be- fun and exciting. I will definitely be back to Highbury Ford for my next vehicle!
