Had a wonderful lunch here with my wife on our first visit to Maine. Taniesha was very professional with great people skills, she made it comfortable. We both enjoyed the shrimp cocktail and of course lobster. We're no experts but it was fantastic! I highly recommended checking this place out. Thanks for the great memory!
The clams were my favorite, which I got as an appetizer. The lobster mac and cheese was cheesy and flavorful. I would've like more lobster though. The blueberry cider was delicious. It's a must! The scenic views are a plus while dining in.
The food and service was great! The waitress was very nice, helpful and responsive. The restaurant looked out over the river making it a very nice and cozy setting. I especially like it because there was not a TV on every wall. Just a nice and relaxing place.
In person dining. All staff are masked. Seating is well spread out. Food fast and tasty. What more could we ask for during a pandemic.
Small portions at a high price. Seafood platter comes in gravy boat for $28 and no fries or rolls. Competitor down the street serves a seafood platter for $35 and it will feed 4 people with leftovers; fries and rolls come with platter. Food here was good though.
Lovely and comfortable place to eat. Staff was very warm and friendly. I always get clam chowder when I'm in Maine and ordered it with high hopes. My hopes were crushed, it was more like potatoe soup with a bit of clam added. Very disappointed. That was all I ordered. Others around me were very happy with the food.
