High River Autoplex & RV

We had such a fantastic experience with buying from High River Autoplex! We just purchased a new to us Motorhome! Nikki was our beautiful sales lady and extremely knowledgeable! Not pushy at all!! She went above and beyond for us especially because we don’t live close by Bonnie in financing was also fantastic! They truly care about each individual not just on making the sale!!! Will tell everyone to go there!!! We wish all vehicle sales were this easy! 10/10 recommend!

We were fortunate to have almost the entire staff help us with the purchase of our Princecraft Pontoon boat, Kevin and Nicki in sales answered all our questions, Stefan helping us make sure trailer and boat were all good to go, Don the manager for making me feel comfortable as this was an emotional purchase for me. The finance team were efficient and corrected any issues on the contract sale. We will be sure to see all of you when we upgrade our camper van!! Thanks again for making this purchase very easy!

Last year 2022 in September we have purchased brand new Winnebago hike 171DB. Buying experience was Great and everything went well, paid 45K. Right from the beginning we had rust on the exoskeleton I was told to come by after camping season will be over for the repairs and any other things that will accumulate under first year warranty. At time of purchase we were told Winnebago is one of the best in class but let me tell you the quality is horrible as any other camper loose screws saw dust untill this day falls out of drilling holes. Rust and cracked mounting sports since brand new. As time come to do warranty work when we decided to have the repairs completed at first they will tell you that you may have to pay out of pocket for diagnostic if warranty decides that they will brain the issue on you and you have to authorize the work with the signature luckily it was not the case. Today we have picked up our trailer after 2nd attempt of fixing our black water flush system rear window seal door adjustment. The have left the trailer super clean and ready winterized, unfortunately picked it up with loads of saw dusts in the dinette area on the cushions storage compartment was trash and underbelly metal seal not screws in as it was and one side very loose of underbelly cover, plumbing that they were working on all factory brackets removed and left dangling loose, silicone around the window smerged like a 2 year old would do the job also silicone dropped on other parts of the exoskeleton, the rust not covered under warranty so I will take care of finishing it myself and repainting. Does anyone left have still pride in their job? I don't think so..... Before you decide to buy or service your unit at this location ask questions inspect carefully and think twice. I have already zip tied all plumbing and secured it myself. They surely know how to slap on a dealership big sticker without buyer approval to advertise at customers expense for free that will be coming off at nearest opportunity if not they will have to take it off themselves. I will be also contacting Winnebago manufacturer myself to address all the problems and quality of service and workmanship. After all that tiny trailer costs a lot of my hard earned money.

Recently had High River Autoplex Service team order and install the flat tow setup on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Dale in parts had everything for the install within a few days. Phil in Service exceeded my expectations on the install, very clean and professional looking setup. The HR Autoplex team were great to work with and I am very happy with their work.

Worse experience with a parts department I've ever had ordering parts.nnThey quote you the part, with a *shipping and brokerage charges are not included in the quote*. Fine, np. They should at least have some kind of idea how much this will be, from their years of ordering parts right? Nope. They have no clue, instead they charge you 2.5x what the part is worth with all the extra fees they tacked on, without one single email explaining why.nnI'll never buy a part from this part department ever again. You've lost my business forever
