Serena Di Millo from this office is an extremely manipulative and dishonest person. A real con artist! She used our services and did not pay for the services. She insisted that we take her credit card number and set up an automatic payment and then a few weeks later contested the payment, and now we are out of our payment. Judging by her m.o. she is pro at this and has done the same with other service providers.

Staff is not professional at all, they seem to be all over the place with new hires they don't communicate clearly. Front desk staff wants to do as less work as possible. Would not recommend to work here
