I have been working with with Judi since July 2020. Our experience with her has been fantastic. She's delightful to work with and has a very generous spirit. Judi has done ongoing trainings with me to get me up to speed with Quickbooks online- she's essentially my book keeping mentor and cheerleader. As owner-operator of a tree care company in town- that world is a little intimidating to me. Judi thoughtfully walked me through the different processes involved with keeping clear records for my business and my experience has been one of empowerment because of this. She's extremely prompt and professional with correspondence. I know Judi does the high quality work she does because she really care about people and really cares about her clients. Lack of knowledge from Judy cost my company money. I would never recommend her for her services especially if she offers to do payroll for your company. Such a mess to have to deal with to correct the right information and IRS penalties. It has taken a long time to resolve and should have never happened in the first place. She never bothered to reimburse my company back for her wrong doing or checking to see what damages my company suffered due to her actions. Response to owner: The reason it took this long to leave you a review is because my current payroll company had been working to fix the issue you caused and the turnaround time from the IRS to respond has taken a long time due to Covid. I would like for you to take responsibility and contact me to make this right. If you stand behind your work, then you should have no problem taking responsibility. If you had processed the payroll correctly then we would not be discussing this now. There was never an IRS issue before you and nothing until you decided you could do payroll and didn’t know what you were doing. I will be more than happy to share the information and have my payroll company explain what you did in error. They were able to see your mistake and they were using the same financials you had access to. I hope to hear from you to resolve this once and for all. I look forward to your cooperation.
