What a horrible cashier!  I visited this store in May 2016. I watched the girl cashier flirting with the boy manager. 

When the cashier was dissatisfied with a hard-of-hearing customer, she would make very rude noises unjust under that customer's hearing but loud enough for everyone else to hear. Althewhile pretending to the hard-of-hearing customer that she was being very polite. She thought she was very clever. 

I was abhorred!  What a horrible way to treat people!!  The boy manager knew what she was doing and thought it equally funny. 

I have never returned. I get my prescriptions filled elsewhere. Anywhere else. 

Never go there!

I USED to love shopping at our little Pharmacy here, in White Salmon. Paul...the manager, WAS the reason I kept coming back! He was always so friendly, so helpful..and when I first moved to town, 7 years ago, he went so far as to help me physically CARRY a heavy water fountain home, where he installed it for me, free of charge! I'm a little old lady...and the people who worked for him, there in the store, ALWAYS greeted me, and everyone else when we  came through the doors! When I had a question or concern...they went the extra mile to make sure any problems were quickly resolved. The store was BEAUTIFULLY kept up; with a constantly changing array of merchandise to choose from, and it varied greatly from season to season...which made shopping there a delight and a constant surprise. The selections were easy to find, and well displayed.  Had you come to White Salmon, prior to a month ago,  you would have enjoyed shopping at High School Pharmacy, because of the people who work there, as well as the selection of goods! I wrote this review about a month ago...and then went to the Pharmacy...and was SHOCKED. The place was in disarray, the familiar staff was gone...no one greeted me. I came back a second time...and the store was even WORSE! "Where is Paul?", I inquired. Turns out...after YEARS of running a superb store, Paul is GONE! And it shows! I came back a 3rd time, yesterday...(only because I had to!)...and the store is in a TERRIBLE state of decline. The staff is amazingly rude and uncaring...and the store is downright filthy! How can a place go so bad, so quickly? I won't shop there, again. I'll drive the extra miles...to Oregon.

Wow. First time in this business and I was impress with the store. So many options to shop for. The staff team really helpful and the manager so knowledgeable n helpful,great,outgoing manager. I ask help from hem and he help me and gave me great ideas to an show me what I would or might need for my project. He totally knows how to run he's business an it shows. I've even came back another day but this time wen to the hardware store across the parking lot to get the material for my project the staff there are knowledgeable to n helpful to. I saw the manager was there to helping out with the store. I ask for a few things an he showed me were they where he was so helpful he has good costumer serves knows what he's doing. I would totally take my business back there. This I were I would spend my money course I know I would get a good experience employees and management to. Good place to shop keep up the good work manager paul

This store has been going downhill for a few years but I believe it's at an all time low at this point. I go in very frequently and based on my experience, I will no longer shop here anymore. My first thought when entering the other day was how cluttered it was, it resembled a dollar store to me. It's now very dirty, and looked like someone had just thrown merchandise on a shelf and labeled it "Clearance". I was also stuck waiting for someone to assist me for 15 minutes. I recommend not shopping at this store ever again. The employees rarely greet me when walking in, and can be very rude. This store is outdated, and filthy, if they wanted to stay successful they should really considering changing all of the staff, and remodeling the store.

Hi-School Pharmacy is the only pharmacy I use anymore. They have the fastest friendliest service of any pharmacy I've ever used. Thank you White Salmon Hi-School Pharmacy for the great service you've given me over the the past 6 years :)
