Installed all the ceiling fans on the same frequency (not a huge deal... just have to take all the electrical switches out of the wall, reset the frequency, and reinstall); one of the installed fans doesn't have a working light (they blamed it on the control panel, so we ordered a new one, only to find out tonight it's not the control panel, so now we have to take the fan down and see if they screwed up the simple installation to the electrical box); and couldn't figure out how to thread the cord for the kitchen lights, installing them 6 inches too short because he kept wasting cord as he cut it shorter and shorter (if we want new cords, they can only be purchased with the socket set for $200 a piece).
On top of that, he quoted us about $400, and billed us over $700 because it was a bigger job than he thought. At the time I wrote the cheque I wasn't happy about the kitchen lights but was happy everything was finally done, but once this control panel came in and didn't fix the fan problem, that was the last straw. I'll hire someone else to do "the fix" on this poor installation job.
